TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Police and arson investigators are looking for a man who set a car - and an apartment building - on fire Tuesday morning. As authorities investigated the arson, they discovered a working meth lab in the man's apartment.

Firefighters were called to the 1300 block of South 73rd East Avenue at 4:30 a.m. on a possible arson at an apartment complex. The fire started in a car parked next to the building and spread to the apartment facing.

Firefighters woke two women, a mother and daughter, who were sleeping in the apartment.

Police say the woman's son got angry with his sister and took it out on her car.

"He was beating on the car," said Sergeant Darren Bristow with the Tulsa Police Department.

"After he had beat on it for a while and had broken out the windows, he set it on fire."

The man then ran away.

Meth lab investigators were called to the scene and they confirmed the presence of an active lab, Bristow said.

The man was still at large early Tuesday. Neither of the women was injured.
