OKLAHOMA CITY -

Autumn gas prices are dropping faster than fall foliage.

Experts say gas prices could soon drop 50 cents a gallon over the next few weeks. That could provide a boost for the economy and possibly become a factor in next month's presidential election.

In some parts of the country, prices have already dipped below three bucks. Here in Oklahoma City, the average price for a gallon of gasoline is $3.32.
