Tulsa Police Department Rewards Seven Officers With Promotions

Tulsa Police rewarded the hard work of some its own Tuesday, giving promotions to seven of its members.

During a ceremony at the CompStat Center, Captain Jonathan Brooks was promoted to Major.

Six Sergeants, including Cathy Reynolds, Mike Williams, Laurel Ledbetter, W. Van Ellis, Wendell Franklin, and Mike Eckert, were promoted to Captain.

Friends and family were on hand, as each officer's commitment to the Tulsa Police Department was highlighted during the presentation.
