Mans Asks For Change, Robs Tulsa Convenience Store

TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Police are searching for a man who robbed a convenience store near 51st Street and Yale Avenue early Thursday morning.

Police say the man entered the Kicks 66 store shortly before 1:30 a.m. and asked for change.

When the clerk opened the cash register, the man grabbed the money and ran out the door.

The clerk was not injured.

The man is described as a 6-foot black male with a thick build. He was wearing a black hoodie with the hood pulled over his head, blue jean shorts and possibly black Nike tennis shoes.
