Kevin Durant Breaks Ground On New Restaurant In OKC

Oklahoma City Thunder basketball player Kevin Durant broke ground on his first restaurant venture Tuesday.

The restaurant will be located between Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill and Harkins movie theater and is expected to be another popular destination point along the canal in Lower Bricktown's entertainment district.

The new restaurant will be approximately 10,000-square-foot, is being developed by Randy Hogan, and will be managed by the Hal Smith Restaurant Group, according to reports.

The Hal Smith Group also manages "Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill," which sits just to the east of the new restaurant.
