TULSA, Oklahoma -

The mother of a disabled Tulsa County woman is suing Tulsa transit, saying her daughter was touched sexually by a bus driver.

Police say, under the guise of helping her with her seat belt, the driver touched her breasts twice, while they were alone on one of "The Lift" buses.

The victim has cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair.

The lawsuit says the incident was captured on the bus's camera.

Court records show DeAngelo Bitson faces a charge of sexual battery.

According to Department of Corrections records, Bitson has a record of drug and weapons convictions.

The lawsuit says Tulsa Transit should have done a better job of screening its drivers.
