TULSA, Oklahoma -

The Metropolitan Environmental Trust is collecting old campaign yard signs at any of its 13 drop-off centers in the Tulsa area.

No matter the size of the sign, Met officials say workers will separate the metal and other material from the signs and make sure they are properly recycled.

"The M.e.t. wants to help people recycle things that they wouldn't even think to recycle," said Annie Brady, The M.e.t. "We want to encourage people to clean up their communities in any way possible."

You can find a list of The M.e.t. drop-off centers on their web site.
