The Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking for a man with a possible Tulsa connection who may have information about child sexual exploitation. The FBI released the man's image in Oklahoma because there appears to be a QuikTrip drinking cup in photos of a naked child.

James E. Finch, the Special Agent-In-Charge of the Oklahoma City Field Office said the FBI first became interested in the unidentified man in 2005 after a series of photos began showing up on the Internet. The photos show a young girl, about 10 years of age, posing naked in sexually explicit positions.

The man can also be seen in the photos. He witnesses the child's posing from a bed nearby, according to Finch.

"These photographs have been circulated as child pornography among various illegal Internet forums," Finch said in a news release.

Enhancement of the background of one of the photos shows what appears to be a child's drinking cup from QuikTrip gas stations. Investigators believe the photographs were likely taken before November of 2005 in one of the 13 cities where QuikTrip stores are located:

• Atlanta, Georgia
• Charlotte, North Carolina
• Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas
• Des Moines, Iowa
• Omaha, Nebraska
• Greenville/Spartanburg, South Carolina
• Kansas City, Missouri
• Springfield, Missouri
• Wichita, Kansas
• Phoenix, Arizona
• Tucson, Arizona
• St. Louis, Missouri
• Tulsa, Oklahoma

The photos also show a baseball cap displaying what could be the logo of a local sports team and a partial image of what appears to be a telephone book.

The man's identity and current location are unknown. He appears to be an older white male about 55 to 65 with brown eyes, gray hair and a full beard and mustache.

"The public is reminded that no charges have been filed in this case and the pictured individual is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law," said Special Agent-In-Charge James E. Finch.
