The racetrack at the fairgrounds will be closed as long as Will Rogers Downs and Remington Park stay open, both of which are run by other Native American tribes.

A state lawmaker said he suspects laws were broken in the deal that shut down Tulsa's Fair Meadows at the Tulsa County Fairgrounds.
State Representative Don Armes is now asking for a state investigation.
The Creek Nation announced that live racing at the track would end after the tribe purchased the naming rights Tulsa's Expo Center building, for more than a million dollars a year.
