TULSA, Oklahoma -

A state lawmaker said he suspects laws were broken in the deal that shut down Tulsa's Fair Meadows at the Tulsa County Fairgrounds.

State Representative Don Armes is now asking for a state investigation.

The Creek Nation announced that live racing at the track would end after the tribe purchased the naming rights Tulsa's Expo Center building, for more than a million dollars a year.
