An Oklahoma man pleaded "no contest" to a decade-old murder Monday.

Jonathan Travis Choate, 32, entered a blind plea in the shooting of Mario Ibarra-Ordonez.

Ibarra-Ordonez's wife came home at lunch time, and found him shot to death inside their Turley home in October 2002. He was shot three times in the head.

Choate was arrested in May 2010.

According to court documents, a number of informants told police that Choate and the victim were both involved in dealing drugs and that Choate shot Ibarra-Ordonez because he thought he was cheating him out of money.
