The collision caused the van to roll over several times, though the driver was not seriously injured.
Police said they had a suspect and hoped to make an arrest soon.

Tulsa Police are looking for a driver who caused a woman to drive off the road and flip her minivan several times, after a road rage incident.
It happened in a southbound lane around 8500 South Highway 75 Friday night, just before 10 p.m.
A 41-year-old woman driving a red minivan was rammed several times by someone driving a white Dodge Magnum, police said. The driver of the Dodge caused the woman to run off the road and fled the scene.
Police said the minivan flipped several times, but the woman was wearing her safety belt and was not seriously injured. She was transported to an area hospital with a suspected broken arm.
Investigators said they knew who the suspect was and they were actively looking for that driver Friday night.
