Oklahoma Supreme Court Rules Two Abortion Laws Unconstitutional

The Oklahoma Supreme Court, Tuesday, ruled two of Oklahoma's anti-abortion laws unconstitutional.

One law requires women to have an ultrasound before having an abortion.

The other restricts the way doctors can prescribe abortion-inducing drugs.

Both bills got overwhelming support from the state legislature.

Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt released a statement Tuesday, saying he disagrees with the court's decision, adding: "This is not OK. Our job is to protect the citizens of Oklahoma and we will consider an appeal."
