Oklahoma City played its first game ever in Brooklyn on Tuesday night but there were certainly no jitters once the game started, as evidenced by the Thunder's ridiculous shooting percentage in the first half and clutch play down the stretch.

The Thunder won its season-best sixth-straight game with a 117-111 victory against the Nets at the Barclay's Center.

Oklahoma City raced out to a 13-point halftime lead after shooting 65.7 percent from the floor and 66.7 percent from 3 on 6-for-9 shooting. OKC was also 9-for-9 from the free-throw line in the half.

Brooklyn fought back in the third quarter, thanks in large part to four 3-pointers from Gerald Wallace to pull within two but the Thunder responded with an athletic Kevin Durant layup to lead by four heading into the fourth.

Brooklyn stayed in the game, getting to within a two-point deficit on three occasions in the fourth but Durant had an answer on all three occasions to keep the Nets at bay.

Durant finished with a team-high 32 points on 9-of-16 shooting and finished perfect from 3 (2-2) and the free-throw line (12-12). KD also had five rebounds and six assists.

Russell Westbrook just missed out on a double-double with 25 points and nine assists. Serge Ibaka had a well-rounded game with 18 points on 8-for-12 shooting with six rebounds and three blocks.

Thabo Sefolosha was the only other Thunder player in double figures with 14 points. He scored 10 in the first quarter and was fairly quiet the rest of the way but helped clinch the game for OKC with an offensive rebound and layup to put the Thunder up six with 36 seconds remaining.

Deron Williams led Brooklyn with 33 points and also dished out seven assists. Andray Blatche scored 19 and Joe Johnson added 17 for the Nets, who fell to 11-6 on the season and 7-2 at home.

The Thunder finished the game with 60.6 percent shooting and went 7-for-14 from 3 and 30-for-34 from the line. Brooklyn shot 42.9 percent but hung around after connecting on 14 3's. The Nets outrebounded OKC 40-33 and the Thunder had just two offensive rebounds all night.

With the victory, OKC improved to 15-4 and 6-2 on the road. The Thunder returns to Oklahoma City on Friday for the first game in a five-game homestand at The Peake. Oklahoma City takes on Kobe Bryant, Dwight Howard and the Los Angeles Lakers at 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
