ENID, Oklahoma -

Disturbing video of a teenage girl getting beaten on a city street showed up on Facebook Monday. An Enid man posted the video.

Cassandra Williams says it's video of her 18-year-old sister Victoria being attacked and beaten.

Williams contacted News 9 after the video appeared on her Facebook Page Tuesday morning. Williams says her sister attends Enid High School. She says the thing that upsets her is the fact the video shows adults were present during the brawl, and it took several minutes for anyone to step in to stop it.

"This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially for adults to be standing around. I just hope this kind of thing doesn't happen to someone else," she said.

Williams says while she hasn't been able to reach her younger sisters since the video appeared, she's heard her sister wasn't seriously injured.

News 9 forwarded the video, and the names of some of those involved to Enid Police.
