Another Lawsuit Filed Against Sandridge Energy

It looks like another lawsuit is being filed against Sandridge Energy.

Wednesday, former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission attorney Willie Briscoe and another law firm announced that a federal class action lawsuit was filed against the company.

The suit alleges that Sandridge and board members made false and misleading statements related to company business.

Other law firms are also looking into pursuing lawsuits. Each of them, including multiple shareholders, are looking to preserve the value of the stock for shareholders and removal of certain officers and directors.
