Tulsa County Sheriff's Office on Thursday held its annual awards ceremony recognizing the outstanding contributions and achievements made by its employees.

The ceremony recognized service performed by the staff of the sheriff's office including the accomplishments by certified deputies, detention officers and clerical staff.

Outstanding employees were named in the categories of: Life Saving, Medal of Valor, Meritorious Award, Distinguished Service, Unit Commendations, Employee of the Year, Letters of Commendation and Certificates of Commendation.
