The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office has filed a Bill of Particulars on two men charged with killing two people in August 2011 outside a QuikTrip at 71st and Riverside.
In the court filing, the DA's office says it will seek the death penalty for Joel Pina, 28, and Zane Atchison, 25.
Both men are charged with the deaths of Patrick Shawn and Kaylyn Kosofsky. Prosecutors have said the motive in the killings was a large drug debt owed by Shawn.
