OKLAHOMA CITY -
The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is in the process of deactivating the old Pikepass hard cases for users who haven't switched over to the new sticker tags.
Close to half of the 85,000 hard cases were deactivated last week for those people who have received their fifth postcard notice that it's time to make the switch, according to Jack Damrill with the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.
"The rest will be deactivated between now and March," Damrill said.
If you are one of the people who have not switched over to the sticker system, it's not too late. Call 1-866-784-2622 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The OTA requests that customers have the following information when they call:
- Account number
- Account access code
- Your driver's license number
- Pikepass number beginning with OTA
- License plate number and vehicle year, make and model
- Mailing address
- Phone number
Account holders can also log onto https://www.pikepass.com/ to make the switch.
