The Oklahoma City Bomb Squad has determined a suspicious package found in a Bethany parking lot is just a harmless sleeping bag.

The package was found Friday morning at 6603 N.W. 36th Street, which is near the intersection of Peniel. The package, a green duffel bag, was found in the parking lot of an office building located 300 yards from Bethany City Hall and Police Department.

A six-block area around the location of the suspicious package was blocked off and all traffic on N.W. 36th Street and Peniel was stopped while the bomb squad investigated.

Jim Gardner and Bob Mills SkyNews 9 flew over the scene as robot first inspected the bag. Two officers then came in and opened the bag, and discovered it was just a sleeping bag.
