Oklahoma City police arrest a man Monday night for allegedly attacking his wife's ex-boyfriend.
Ramon Allen Olmos, 34, faces aggravated assault and battery charges. According to a police report, Olmos and his wife had been living apart for several days and were in the process of moving out of their southwest Oklahoma City home.
Olmos' wife told police she had planned to meet her ex-boyfriend at the home Monday night to pack. When she arrived, the doors were all locked, so she knocked on the back door expecting her ex-boyfriend to answer. Instead Olmos pulled the curtain back, looked at her and said "Honey, you're home?" The wife told police Olmos was talking in a "very high pitched and strange tone" and that his eyes were "creepy and insane." She said he also had a "weird" smile on his face.
Olmos' wife told police she then saw her ex-boyfriend on the floor covered in blood. She ran to a neighbor's house and called police.
When police arrived, they arrested Olmos. He was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on aggravated assault and battery charges. The victim was taken to the hospital with a swollen cheek and possible facial fractures. He's listed in stable condition.
