SEMINOLE COUNTY, Oklahoma -

We're learning more about last week's medical helicopter crash near Seminole that seriously injured the four crew members aboard.

A preliminary report by the National Transportation Safety Board says the pilot reported losing power just after takeoff.

The chopper was headed to Okemah when it made a hard landing in a field.

The pilot, a nurse, and two medics were all treated for injuries.
