New details in a child sex abuse case out of Cleveland County. One of three adults charged in the case pleaded guilty Wednesday afternoon.

A married couple and the person they met through a swingers' website are accused of performing sex acts with and around a 13-year-old girl. All three are charged in the case, but only one has admitted to the sex crimes.

Authorities caught up with Joe Siford, his wife Danyale Siford and Michelle Walker in Washington state in Sept. 2012, after the three were apparently running from the law.

Prosecutors charged the trio with sex crimes after learning they engaged in sex acts at the Sifords' home in Moore and Walker's home in Noble.

Wednesday afternoon, Danyale Siford pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge. Prosecutors say she did not take part in the sex acts, but failed to report it to police. A judge sentenced Siford to a year in prison, - a maximum sentence for a misdemeanor.

Meanwhile, her husband Joe Siford and Michelle Walker are charged with felonies and being held on half million dollars bond because they allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship with the teenage girl.
