Police first responded to a burglary call just after 3 a.m. in the 1200 block of N.E. 46th Street, near Lottie Avenue. As they headed to the scene, the call was updated to a shooting.

When police arrived, they found a man had been shot to death inside the house. The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Anthony Hartfield, Jr.
