It happened around 9 p.m. Monday, near 7300 East Admiral Place. When officers arrived, they say the victim was lying in the road.

Cpl. Mike Hanley said the victim seemed to be nearly across the road when he was hit.

EMSA said the 25-year-old victim was transported to an area hospital in fair condition.

Tulsa Police say they're looking for an older model Chevy pickup truck, painted with gray primer. Police say the truck was damaged and was headed west on East Admiral Place.
