Two McAlester Hospital Employees Accused Of Stealing Drugs

Two nursing employees at the McAlester Regional Health Center have been charged with stealing drugs from the hospital.

Court records state Timothy Willard, 24, of Sapulpa was arrested by McAlester Police after hospital staff noticed when he administered drugs to patients, he kept medicine that was left over for himself.

An affidavit said Willard was also given a drug test after hospital staff noticed he appeared to be under the influence.

In a separate case, court records state Sarah Osborne, 31, of McAlester was arrested by police after she confessed to stealing pain killers because she suffered from severe back and feet pain.

Both Willard and Osborne were booked into jail for larceny of a controlled and dangerous substance.

Both have posted bond and are scheduled back in a Pittsburg County court for a February 15th hearing.
