The Rogers State women's basketball team dropped one spot to No. 16 in the sixth addition of the NAIA Division I Women's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 Poll.

The Hillcats registered a 1-1 record last week in West Texas. RSU tallied its largest margin of victory thus far in Sooner Athletic Conference play last Thursday with a 73-54 win over Wayland Baptist. Despite trailing by four points at halftime to No.1 ranked Lubbock Christian on Saturday the Hillcats couldn't get past the sharp shooting Chaps in the second stanza, falling 100-78.

LCU (20-1) continues its reign at No. 1 with its sixth top-billing of the season in the poll. Oklahoma City (16-2) moves up one spot to No. 3. The Lady Chaparrals will attempt to avenge their early-season loss at No. 3 Oklahoma City on Saturday.

No. 2 Freed-Hardeman has been ranked in the top three all season and continues that trend with three first-place votes and 270 points. Dropping one spot despite two victories last week is No. 4 Vanguard (Calif.). The Lions, who claimed 261 points, downed Concordia (Calif.), 77-57, on Jan. 22 and Hope International (Calif.), 65-60, on Jan. 26 to improve to 14-1. Holding at No. 5 is Westminster (Utah). The Griffins have won 11-straight since falling at Vanguard, 73-51, on Dec. 8.

The poll was voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences and unaffiliated group. The seventh regular-season Division I Women's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 Poll will be announced on Feb. 5.
