TULSA, Oklahoma -

A Tulsa judge ordered a woman to stand trial on a child neglect charge, after a toddler was found in a dog crate in her home.

Erin Lewallen, 27, and her husband, William Lewallen, were both charged with neglect after Tulsa Police found a naked 3-year-old boy screaming and crying in the backyard in November 2012.

Officers heard another child screaming inside the home, which is located in the 4900 block of North Frankfort Place. They found a 22-month-old girl locked inside a dog crate. A third child was naked and asleep in a bed next to William Lewallen.

William Lewallen was bound over for trial earlier this month.
