Super Recipe Winner: Sausage Balls

Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

1 lb. sausage, hot or mild

1 to 1 1/2 cup Bisquick

1/2 lb. cheddar cheese

Dip: 1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard.

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with vegetable oil cooking spray. Grate cheddar cheese and mix cheese, sausage and Bisquick. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.Bake for about 10 minutes or until brown. Makes about 4 dozen. You can add more cheese or Bisquick to taste.Double everything for 2 pounds of sausage. To make the dip, combine the mayonnaise and mustard. Serve with sausage balls.
