It's tax season. You can tell by all the Lady Liberty costumed "wavers" all over town.

They're pitching tax preparation services, but a viewer told us about one guy who he thought was extra special.

Rick Wells headed out to meet this living advertisement and says it was worth the trip, which you can see in the video above.
