FBI Agents Seek Gunmen Who Robbed Del City Bank

DEL CITY, Oklahoma -

Agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation are looking for two men who robbed a bank in Del City at gunpoint Saturday morning.

It happened at about 9:30 a.m. Saturday, at BancFirst, located at 4200 S. Sunnylane Rd. in Del City. According to the FBI, two men walked into the bank and immediately drew and pointed their weapons, yelling "hands up, hands up, money in the bag."

Agents say one suspect approached the teller counter, took money from two teller drawers, and placed the money in a white plastic bag. The suspect also robbed a customer at the counter at gunpoint, taking his wallet.

According to the FBI, the second suspect moved around the bank pointing his weapon at customers and bank employees. As this suspect walked into one of the bank offices, he yelled at the bank employee, "let me see your hands, hands now."

The two suspects got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

The first suspect is described as a black man in his early 20's, who stands 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall. He has a thin build and was wearing all black clothing, black tennis shoes with white soles, black ski mask, and carrying a dark colored revolver.

The second suspect is also described as a black man in his early 20's. He stands 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall. Authorities say he was wearing a black hooded jacket, gray t-shirt, a red multi-colored knit cap, dark colored jeans and black tennis shoes. He was carrying a dark colored semi-automatic handgun.

According to the FBI, the manner in which this robbery was conducted and the general descriptions of the subjects are very similar to two robberies of the Bank of Oklahoma Branch located a couple of blocks away, within the last two weeks.

In the previous two robberies, agents found a stolen vehicle believed to have been used by the suspects at the Sunnyview Apartments, located at 4502 Sunnyview Drive in Oklahoma City. In Saturday's robbery, a stolen vehicle believed to have been used by the suspects was found in a residential area near the Sunnyview Apartments.

The robberies are under the investigation of the FBI, the Oklahoma City Police Department and the Del City Police Department.
