TULSA, Oklahoma -

Every year, Tulsa becomes a hotspot for showcasing some of the best Native American artists in the world.

It's part of the Tulsa Indian Art Festival, happening all weekend at the Glenpool Conference Center.

You'll find hundreds of authentic paintings, sculptures and beadwork, but this year's featured artist, Kimberly Greene-Bugg, says there's more than meets the eye.

"This is more of a history lesson, because we are a living history, and so this brings out your past, your present, and your future," she said. "And so, it's a living art, not just a creative art."

Admission to the festival is $8.
