A Tulsa man entered a blind plea in a Tulsa court to three lewd molestation charges.

Michael Ives, 72, was charged in January of 2012 for several incidents involving an underage female at his home in the 1500 block of South Yorktown.

The investigation was conducted by Tulsa Police and an out of state law enforcement agency.

Court records state the incidents occurred between 2006 and 2009, beginning when the victim was 11 years old.

When the victim turned 16, she told law enforcement officers in her home state about the incidents and they began the investigation.

On Monday, February 11th, Ives entered the blind plea to the three charges.

Ives remains in the Tulsa County jail with no bond until his sentencing on March 27, 2013.
