Charges Filed In Tulsa Hit-And-Run, DUI Wreck

Charges were filed Friday against a Tulsa woman police say was involved in a hit and run collision January 31, 2013. Ashley Stahl was driving under the influence of alcohol when she left the scene of a non-injury wreck, according to an arrest report.

The 26-year-old woman has three previous DUI arrests and was driving without a license when she struck a family's car at 5th and Harvard, police say.

Officers witnessed the wreck and arrested Stahl near Rogers High School.

Seven charges were filed against Stahl: driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol (after prior convictions), leaving the scene of a collision involving property damage, eluding a police officer, obstructing an officer, unsafe lane use, and two counts of failure to stop at a stop sign.
