Tulsa's Celebrity Attractions President Larry Payton Dies

Celebrity Attractions President Larry Payton has died. Payton died just before 10 p.m. Monday from an undisclosed illness.

Family members tell News On 6 Payton had been placed in a medically induced coma Monday before he died.

His son Drew posted a notice on Facebook Monday.

Payton began Celebrity Attractions in 1983.

Larry leaves behind his wife Kay, daughter Laura, son Drew and daughter-in-law Charity and countless friends who will miss him dearly.

According to Celebrity Attractions' web site, Larry Payton was an Oklahoma-based presenter and producer of national tours.

Larry Payton was 64.  Funeral arrangements are pending.
