Art Meets Functionality In Downtown Tulsa Bike Racks

Tulsa is trying to become more "bike friendly."

Part of that effort is providing places to secure the bicycles, so the city just finished installing dozens of new bike racks.

Rick Wells and Photojournalist Todd Ruffin borrowed a bike from The Hub, a volunteer organization on a mission to change lives through cycling, and went on a bike rack tour of downtown. Of course, only one of them rode the bike.
