OKLAHOMA CITY -

Police say a suspected drunk driver crashed his vehicle into a house in southwest Oklahoma City early Sunday morning.

Officers responded to the crash at about 2 a.m. Sunday. Police say the driver ran a stop sign at S.W. 51st Street and Independence, and then crashed his car into a bedroom at a house in the area.

According to police, there was also a woman who was a passenger in that car. She was trapped inside the vehicle.

Both the driver and passenger were taken to the hospital.

No one in the house was injured. Police have not identified the driver and the passenger.
