Motorcyclist In Tulsa Hospital After High-Speed Crash With Car

A motorcyclist is in a Tulsa hospital after he crashed into the side of a car. Police say he was going fast enough that the car was spun around 180 degrees.

Police say the 40-year-old driver of the motorcycle is expected to survive, but they don't know the extent of his injuries.

He collided with a car that was turning southbound on Memorial near 25th Street Thursday evening.

Police say the motorcycle was traveling at a very high speed, but further investigation would be needed to determine whether any charges will be filed or any citations issued for the driver.

They say none of the people in the car were injured.
