TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa-based trucking firm Melton Truck Lines will break ground on new corporate offices in the 800 block of North 161st East Avenue on Monday.

"Breaking ground for our new long-planned headquarters is an exciting time for us. This facility will include workplace amenities that our culture embraces, such as an open, collaborative design, an expanded wellness area including a large gym and medical clinic, on-site healthy food-service, and environmentally-friendly construction," President Bob Peterson said.

The 77,000 square foot, three story office building will be located on a 12.5 acre land parcel immediately north of the existing corporate office.

The new office will include a 3,500 fitness facility and an outdoor walking and jogging trail.
