A Chickasha man accused of intentionally infecting females, including his wife, with HIV was bound over for trial at the Grady County Courthouse Wednesday.

Chris Sylve, 24, has been in jail for the past year. Prosecutors say Sylve admitted to investigators he not only had sex with a 14-year-old girl, but he also admitted he knew he was HIV positive since 2005.

The five felony charges against Sylve center around three women he had sex with.  But prosecutors believe he may have infected many more.

"This is a very brazen crime, this is a very selfish crime," said Asst. District Attorney, Leah Edwards.
