St. Gregory's used two big innings to dispatch of Southwestern Oklahoma State, 9-3, Wednesday at the SWOSU Baseball Field. The Cavaliers scored four runs in the fourth and five in the fifth, and the visitors never trailed in winning their third consecutive game.

SGU starter Ben Moore picked up a complete-game win to improve to 4-2 on the season. He gave up one earned run on eight hits and struck out five in a 126-pitch effort. It was Moore's fifth complete game of the season.

Right fielder Jacob Ratliff led the Cavs at the plate with a perfect 4-for-4 day. He scored one run and drove in two. Senior Roberto Celestino had two hits and a game-high four RBIs.

Celestino got the scoring started in fourth with a two-RBI triple, his first three-bagger of the season and second of his career. Cody Kollman followed that with an RBI double, and Brian Bartlett made it 4-0 with a run-scoring single.

In the fifth, Ratliff made it a six-run advantage with a bases-loaded single that scored two. Three batters later, Celestino made it 9-0 with a two-RBI single that scored Ratliff and Christian Torres.

The Cavs outhit the home team, 10-8. Six of SGU's hits came in those big fourth and fifth innings.
