News 9 spoke with her attorney today, former Caddo County DA, and brother-in-law, Bret Burns. He tells News 9 Kristin is making arrangements now to turn herself in Florida.

Chase and Kristin Burns are accused of violating Florida gambling laws. Now, nearly 60 other people are also facing charges.

They were arrested after an investigation spanning several years by the I-R-S and several law enforcement agencies in Florida and Oklahoma.

Federal agents raided Chase Burns' company Tuesday, International Internet Technologies.

A lengthy federal search warrant shows Burns supplied gambling software to internet casinos in Florida.

Investigators say those casinos were posing as fundraising centers for veteran charities, under the non-profit organization Allied Veterans of the World.

Allied Veterans claimed they donated 70% of their profits between 2007 and 2012, but investigators say only 6 million of more than 290 million dollars in proceeds went to charity.

The rest was allegedly pocketed by for-profit companies.

Authorities say Chase Burns got more than $60 million, about a quarter of the proceeds.

Agents believe Burns company was the hub of the operation helping to run at least 50 illegal Internet casinos.

Burns is facing several felony charges in Florida including racketeering and conspiracy.

He's free on a $500,000 bond, and his extradition hearing has been set for April 12th in Caddo County.

Florida's Lt. Governor, Jennifer Carroll, has resigned for her ties to the group.
