Fire Destroys Half Of South Tulsa Duplex

Fire swept through a Tulsa home, destroying everything in its path. Firefighters were called to a duplex just east of Saint Francis Hospital Saturday afternoon.

One half of the duplex was destroyed, but there is some good news.

"The other half has been saved. Really, very little damage at all on the other half," said Tulsa Fire Department District Chief Ronnie Cole.

Firefighters say there's just some smoke damage - and soot that they tracked in. Investigators aren't sure what sparked the fire, but they don't think it's suspicious.
