Suspect Accused Of Stabbing Woman At OKC Hospital

Oklahoma City Police say a woman stabbed another woman when the victim brought her daughter to a hospital to visit her dying father.

The stabbing occurred at Mercy Hospital on March 18. The victim told police she brought her daughter to the hospital so she could say goodbye to her adopted father. The victim planned to stay with her daughter during the visit.

Witnesses said the man’s wife, 49-year-old Teresa Pittser,wanted the victim to leave. When the victim refused, Pittser reportedly became angry and tried to attack the woman.

Family members grabbed both women and separated them, but the victim said while she was being held, Pittser pulled out a knife and stabbed her in the stomach and left hand. The victim suffered small puncture wounds and should be okay.

Police were called to the scene and Pittser was arrested.She was booked into the Oklahoma County jail for assault with a deadly weapon.
