We suspect that you have seen them, too: bulldozers going back and forth across the bed of the Arkansas River from morning until mid-afternoon.

What could they possibly be doing?

Rick Wells was curious, so he headed for the west bank of the Arkansas to ask some questions, which we show you in the video above.
