A Boley man has been charged with two counts of first degree murder in the shooting deaths of his parents. Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation say Ross Alan Holloway, 32, confessed to the murders.

Denver and Martha Holloway were found shot to death in their Okfuskee County home Monday, March 11. Investigators learned that their son lived with them, and they discovered methamphetamine in his bedroom.

They also found that a 1997 Jeep Wrangler and Denver Holloway's .22-caliber Magnum revolver were missing.

When Holloway was arrested a day after his parents' bodies were found, officers found a .22-caliber revolver in the Jeep with five spent shell casings.

The OSBI says Holloway also admitted smoking meth around the time of the murders.
