TULSA, Oklahoma -

A new report shows downtown Tulsa is seeing a development boom - despite the sluggish economy. The signs of progress are everywhere - including own Griffin Communications Media Center.

We're one of 50 new projects either just completed or underway in downtown - totaling $710 million.

Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett says the projects cover most of the things people want in a downtown - everything from places to shop, eat, live, and stay. The study by Larsen Property says property values in the Brady Arts District are up 70 percent since 2000.
