Coalition for Competitive Construction Sues Oklahoma RAMP Program

The state of Oklahoma is now being sued over its Roof Asset Management Program, or Ramp.

The Coalition for Competitive Construction says RAMP violates state law which says all public projects totaling more than $50,000 must be put up for public bid.
