All lanes of N.E. 23rd Street are back open between Kelley Avenue and I-235.

This is right by the State Capitol. Emergency crews say two power poles were in the roadway at N.E. 25th Street and Laird Avenue. Some power was out including traffic lights and the Governor's mansion.

A spokesman for Gov. Mary Fallin says the power outage Tuesday morning did not affect normal operations at the mansion that and that emergency generators immediately kicked in.

Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company spokeswoman Karen Kurtz says a nearby security camera caught a tractor trailer clipping the overhead lines and dragging down the power poles. The truck driver then left the scene.

Kurtz says power was restored to some nearby homes and businesses within a couple of hours.

No injuries are reported.
