The Oklahoma Department of Transportation posted video last month of a bridge demolition project in Mayes County on YouTube.
The highway 28 bridge spanned Big Cabin Creek in Mayes County.
ODOT says the Parker truss style bridge, built in 1939, was taken down by the demolition crews in February 2013, using linear shaped charges to cut the bridge into five pieces.

The bridge pier bases were also removed by blasting.
ODOT says a newly constructed, replacement bridge was opened recently adjacent to the original.
