Police Search For Man Who Robbed NW OKC Video Game Store

Oklahoma City police are searching for a man who robbed a video game store at gunpoint.

Surveillance video caught the suspect inside the Game Stop located at 8531 N. Rockwell Avenue near N.W. Expressway on Tuesday, April 9.

According to a police report, the store clerk told police the suspect wanted to look at an iPad and acted like he wanted to buy it. Instead, the clerk said he pick up the iPad in one hand and pulled out a gun with the other. He said the suspect flashed a gun at him, and then took off out of the store with the merchandise.

Witnesses outside the store told police they saw the man run out of the store and jump into a newer model pickup truck with tinted windows.

The victim described the suspect as a white man in his mid-20's, 5'11" with medium length greasy, black hair. He was also unshaven and wearing a cream colored ball cap with a black bill, cream colored jacket and blue jeans. If you recognize the suspect, call police.
